How I converted the patches:
Mod: Use Stereo Chorus instead of multitap chorus. probably souds COMPLETELY different.
Reverb: Use a reverb that could sound similar (by guess) in TLSE.
ExpPedal 2 is always Volume. If TLLE ExpPedal setting is differnt, I use this with Exp1.
ChannelB: same settings as ChA.
P COMP: Used Attack=1.0 on TLSE.
Noise reduction could be completely different in TLLE. Took the same value anyhow.

Many thanks! Do you want to post up your version? Can't wait to try out the wah's.

Mon, 2007/02/12 - 10:16pm — mself61I'd rather not change the original patches and post them again as some of players may not want them as I changed them, most of them I just boosted the CH VOL, some needed other tweaks to give more volume, but for now just go through them and set them as I did if you feel you need MORE VOLUME !!, some good patches though. if you really want me to post mine I will add it to my next update on my site, I dont want to have 2 versions flying around especially since I did modify more than one setting on some patches. I decided I'll wait till Broc gets version 2 of this site up before I update mine.

Ok - Just tried them all!
Tue, 2007/02/13 - 4:52am — KierenOk - Just tried them all! Many thanks for everyones effort.
Recomendation - I think you should all try ERUPT, using Monte's suggeestion of CH VOL at 9 - but my tip is to play it using the neck pick up (I'm on a Tele). It sounds fantastic!
Well? Are the new patches
Tue, 2007/02/13 - 10:32am — ChicoBluezWell? Are the new patches superior to the old? Do the LE patches out shine the SE? Enquiring minds what to know.

Tue, 2007/02/13 - 10:51pm — KierenHmmm .. sound do sound better and some sound worse and some sound about the same!
Not exactly a helpful comment I know but I'm at work at the moment and nowhere near by Tele and SE - so I can't tell you patch by patch. But Monte put some comments next to each patch and I would generally agree with them (eg the Wah's do sound better). But like the SE - everything needs to be tweaked to taste.

Sounds like the SE/LE are basically the same as far as tone is concerned.

yeah Chico... you know, its
Wed, 2007/02/14 - 8:12pm — mself61yeah Chico... you know, its a TLSE cut down, they made a few more new patches that used their new effects the TLSE doesnt have, and Kaal modified them to work with TLSE is what I understand. But yeah there are quite a few really good ones there,
ALSO aside from those patches you all need to check out TIMTONES patch called "slo_timtone_1.TLP" it has some awsome tones in it as well. I was going through ALL of the patches and consolidating them as much as I can within reason, when I came to that one I spent some time of quite a few of those.
