Shawn (eyema_believer) is in need of prayer. I have met this man, broke bread with him, enjoyed the pleasure of his hospitality, and prayed with him. I do not know what the current situation is. I do know the Lord has put it in my heart to lift Shawn and his loved ones up in prayer.

As promised in Mt 18:19 "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven."

God will do something! smile , he's just wating for 2 or more of us to join together in prayer, so he can act according to his promise! I can see how he sends his angels and disciples in their path, to protect, encourage and lift them up in every possible way!

You don't know how much it means to me to know you are praying. I have indeed been going through many great trials, starting the very day after Chico was at my house. My son overdosed the day after Chico was here, (he's OK thank God!) and I've been laid off of my job that I've been at for 13 years. But, God is really really faithful, and He is pulling me through, with the help of His children, like you. I praise God for each of you!! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is Him leading me where He will have me.

First, I hope things are getting better for your son.

Second, getting laid off your job after 13 years must be really tough - particularly in the USA where employment protections are not as good as elsewhere.

Shawn is hanging in there, but is pretty snowed under by things going on for him.
Please pray for him specifically this coming tuesday. He is having surgery on his wrist, as he has had a fairly serious problem recently with it. The surgeon is apparently not that hopeful of resolving the problem. We need to look for the Lord to bless this situation.
