We have Aviom boxes (16 input) for everyone. We still use acoustic drums (thank you, Jesus!) that are completely enclosed. The "no amp on stage" took a little while to get used to, but with the individuality afforded by the Avioms, it works great. It's nice not having to have your soundman adjust your monitor...
