So there is a "rack" before the PC, not sure why you have the Mackie but then I did the same so I could add more than one instrument to the mix even if it wasn't the recording at the same time. I am guessing the Art is adding some tube warmth. the Desser-Comp-gate all help the final mix for sure. the hands are all Gods gift, you just have to practice and then do a lot of practice.

I set my stuff up cause I could not take it anymore, but I set it up the way I think my rig will work best, I haven't gone so far to hook it up for recording (yet) but that will have to wait till things come together. this is how I set it up.

guitar to Behringer mic200 (set to guitar) I have a splitter (Y) coming out of that, one to the TLSE and one to the G9, which both of those run stereo through a mixer, the mixer main outs (L&R) respectfully to each Hartke G60c amps. I'm guessing for recording I will just go straight to my Echo Mia sound card.

the Vox wah is different than a crybaby I assume, but don't know how much different or even if the crybaby will work to get that tone. maybe have to modify it also I suppose. I'm gonna have to do some searching on my G9 to see if I can get that vox wah out of it.

Like the tubescreamers of old, it can be a matter of finding the right Vox wah too. I had one with no ac-adapter port on it. It was a great wah, but I was killing batteries after every gig. I sold it to a friend and now have a nifty 9-volt eliminator cap that connects to my ac adapter. Now I'm just waiting for him to be ready to sell it...
