HI all,
First off, let me say that this forum is blessed with class-act individuals and I have benefited from your company. Some of you may be disappointed, but I have decided to sell my Tonelab SE. It has provided me with almost two years of quality service, but my taste buds have changed. Still works as good as the day I brought it home from GC. If you're interested, PM me.

Wed, 2008/06/18 - 9:30am — hotramanHey Will;
I've thought about this, too.
But there's something unique about Big Blue's tones
that has it wrapped around my senses.
So what's the latest piece of gear you're looking at?
Steve
PS..
will I see you over at www.developingworship.com ?
I have not checked that site
Wed, 2008/06/18 - 2:32pm — Will CI have not checked that site out yet but maybe! I have been entrusted to lead a group here in Pullman 1 or 2 Sundays a month depending on the need.
I'm afraid to admit it, but I'm either looking into the new PodX3 live by Line 6 or the older XT live or maybe another multi-effects pedal like the new Boss GT-10. I'm trying to reduce my footprint on stage (this one's incredibly small). But along with that, I want more amp models, an eq, more/different types of effects, etc. I sat down with an XTL last week for a few hours and enjoyed myself. There are things about it I remember not liking but they don't seem to be as big of a deal to me now that I know more about tones and such.
I've been frustrated with my TLSE more often than not lately. I've tried different tubes, amp/cabinet combos, playing dynamics; but I can't dial in a sound that I like. This has been going on for a couple of months now. The TLSE has served me well, but I think I'm ready for new horizons and newer technology. That being said, I love this site and wish that there were more like it.

Fri, 2008/06/20 - 7:24pm — mself61Hey Will,
Even though you have decided to change your gear does not mean that you cannot come here and still chat with us, we actually may want to hear your input on your new venture and maybe get some Ideas, remember I also have a G9 and to tell you the truth I have been using it more that the SE because it has more metal sounds. but I still am gonna hold onto the SE, gonna be a collectors pedal I think

Thanks Dudes (Monte and LD).
Sat, 2008/06/21 - 5:02pm — Will CThanks Dudes (Monte and LD). I would love to keep my TLSE but, LD hit it on the head...I'm tapped. I'm an unemployed, full-time college student with a wife and a baby (with another due Sept. 23!). I like certain aspects of the TLSE, but I need more/different options for my current musical needs. I use everything I own; i.e. no dust collectors around here...maybe I'll pick another one up someday after graduation. I know where to look!

Hey Will, Sorry to see you
Sun, 2008/06/22 - 8:09am — LDHey Will,
Sorry to see you go. If at all possilbe financially you should hang on to the TL. Since my TL I have picked up a Zoom g9.2tt and a Line 6 Spider Valve and am fortunate to enjoy them all. I sold a Digitech GNX III after buying my TL and after a year found that I missed certain aspects for recording puposes and ended up picking up a used one. Anyhoo, hang on to it if at all possible although I imagine that little scudder in your avatar is taking up all your resources.
Stop in and say hey and tell us what is new.

As far as the "next" item goes, don't get an XTLive. You will be cheating yourself. The X3 is much more versatile, you get all the goods and won't have to spend another $150 to unlock all the features available.
I have heard great things about the Boss unit too, but haven't played a Boss mfx pedal since the GT-6 came out. I tried the Boss MicroBR, but it reminded me too much of the XT line of PODs. Great for heavy stuff, good for clean stuff, leaves you wanting for anything in between.
See you on the flipside.
Well guys, my TLSE is on its
