I not being an LE user will not collect the .tllp files, it will be good if someone (or 2) that does use the LE keep a master file for all the LE users.

I have done some work with TLSE files and have posted them on my personal site so people can download the whole lot in one click, I am now filtering out duplicate TLSE files and then I will repost them, when I repost then it will be on the Googlegroups site because my personal site doesn't always work and it don't have forum posting.
