This is my fist attempt at trying to create that joe satriani sound and i think it's pretty close but may need a bit more tweeking.
I kept the noise reduction off to give it a bit more sustain and edge.
Please can someone let me know what they think.

Hi, I'm working on " For the Love of God " but you can use the surfing patch but turn off the modulation, use neck pickup position and maybe try different cab sounds with a bit of tweaking. This works for me until i can capture the proper sound for this tune. I will post it as soon as i've nailed it.

Also, I'm working on a patch for an ACOUSTIC GUITAR WITH A PIEZO but I'm not having much luck getting a good direct sound with a warm tone. Could you help in that regards as well? Hi, glad u like the patch. I used an Ibanez Prestige RGT320Q with
DIMarzio/ibz pickups with a 5 way pickup selector in the first position.
As regards to QUEENSRYCHE, i have not heard any of their music and i suspect they are great band. But if u can get some MP3 samples from "Empire" to me, i would be more than willing to have a go, but for the Acoustic, that would be a bit difficult as i dont own an Acoustic to find the right tone, but u could try the patch i recently posted under: clean sounds / country / chickter, and just maybe adjust the EQ a bit.
