Hi There, sorry to be a pain but I'm trying to import some of the listed sounds but it won't work. I'm using a mac, the software seems to run well but can't import other users sounds. Any ideas.

So you can download the tlp files, correct?

What happens when you do a "file - open" in the Soundeditor and point it to the tlp file - any message or error?
In case you see no error, can you see the loaded patch on the File1 tab in Soundeditor?

When you select (mark) one of the imported patches in Soundeditor, click "Update Program", and select "transfer to Tonelab", does it push the patch out to the Tonelab? Any error messages?

Which Tonelab do you use (SE or LE)?
Is you ToneLab connected to the MAC (and does that MIDI connection work)?

I'm connected through midi through external sound card. When I try and Import it shuts the ToneLab SE editor down and I get this message :

The Application TonelabSE Sound Editor quit Unexpectedly
All other function work perfect.

I have a Tonelab LE.

The owner's manual write: "The black 2*12 is the best for the acoustic guitar simulator pedal.

(I think the black 2*12 is the simulation of the Jender twin*verb)

But...the black2*12 simulation have got an overdrived (distorted) sound....on low drive too...

what is the problem???
