Just got my Avatar Vintage Series 2x12 split back with Celestion g12h speakers. Sounds awesome for SRV tones using my new 50s spec strat through the TLSE then the Line 6 Spider Valve (preamp in). So now I have all the bases covered. I have my homemade Avatar 1x12 copies with celestion vintage 30s that will emulate about anything and sound good with the Mesa 50:50. The rehabed 4x12 cab with vintage 30s which does an awesome job for all rock through the Spider Valve 100HD and now the new Avatar which I will affectionately call the "Blues Box".

The MD stuff looks pretty good and the price is certainly right. I think you should give it a whirl. Have you ever thought of the Agile Teles? I have been very pleased with my Agile double neck. I would be tempted to try out an MD but I just bought another Conrad on E-bay. This time an exact copy of my first guitar from 1969. Looks good in pictures we will see. Plus I just put Texas specials PUs in that 50 spec strat I just bought. Smokin'! I think it is time for a twelve step program.

I too am in need of a 12 step. I bidding on an American Deluxe Strat. This one has the noiseless pickups and abalone fret makers with see through green finish in near mint condition. Not to mention 2 double 18 subs that are due on a truck this week. Now I have to buy more guitar stands and start double stacking gear in the trailer.
I guess all these things makes me a better player?
