I think I got a good deal since these retail for $1099 new. I should have it B-4 Christmas so I'll be able to give some feedback on how it sounds with the TLSE. I already had a Mesa Thiele 1x12 closed back cab(sounds like a 4x12)that fit under my Nomad 45 combo. Last week I picked up a Mesa 1x12 open back cab that is the same width so I'll be running 50 watts thru a 1x12 open back and 50 watts thru a closed back Thiele. I can't wait to explore all the stereo possibilities!!!!
Chico, thanks for the info on the 20/20...I thought about those but went for the 50/50 because of the lack of bottom end in the 20/20....and I think I got a better deal. More to come.

Price paid is fair. Used power amps go for 1/2 of the original purchase price in great condition.
Just so there is no confusion
,...the "DEEP MOD" on the Mesa 20/20 power amp is not to add low end, but to remove the "Dynawatt" fuction of the amp. Dynawatt boosts the mids and some highs increasing wattage in that specified EQ range, The DEEP MOD removes that fuction to produce a normal full range sounding amp thats as sweet as the day is long. Plenty lows.
