What output??

1. This is a stupid question!!!!

I’ve had my TLSE for 1.5 years now but I’m still not sure what’s the best way connecting it to amps, power mixers, mixers or my PC for recordings.

I feel like a complete idiot but can somebody just clarify or explain it to me. I’ve read the manual maybe I should read it AGAIN. I’m an absolute stereo fanatic and the TLSE is packed with amazing stereo effects.

2. How do I connect my floorboard to my PC for effective STEREO recordings??

3. How do I connect my floorboard to an AMP (2 amps), or a MIXER for live STEREO entertainment??

I know there’s 2 outputs, one says mono ??
What about the midi cable for recordings??

Thank you for this wonderful site it gives me a chance once in a while to read some of your discoveries and fascinating topics, while my guitar, amp and pedal are waiting for me at home. I can’t wait to play it this holiday!!!!

God bless

Jaco

The Midi only allows DATA in

The Midi only allows DATA in and out (mainly for patches but also channel switching too) but no audio goes through it.
I mainly run mine to a mixer only because I run other instrument as well otherwise I could go direct into my Echo Mia sound card on my PC, when I jam with the guys I mostly us a Behringer PA in stereo, I havent got the chance YET to try my 2 Hartke G60t amps live, but I do know that you should have the cleanest possible tone through your amps with it.

When I connect to my amp, i

When I connect to my amp, i shut the cab simulations off and run it directly into the fx return. This gives the best tonelab-tone, without any interference from the preamp in the amp itself...

When connecting to a PA system i just run the left output, via jack cable, into one channel in the PA and pan this to the left and likewise for the right output, panning it to the right. This gives me the best stereo effect IMO. Also, i turn cab simulations on when connecting to PA.
