After 2 maple necks I decided to go with rosewood for my 17 year old Strat. A lefty to be exact.
When you change one thing, you need to reset everything. Long story short..the Strat plays better than ever. I ordered custom decals for the Mighty Mite neck. I have changed the decal pictured with a similar one (they sent 8).
Check out the pics.

Guys, The Mighty Mite neck
Fri, 2007/09/28 - 12:18pm — ChicoBluezGuys,
The Mighty Mite neck is the 3rd to go on this Strat. I've worn out 1 and the 2nd was a MIM. The Mighty Mite is the entry level neck and is not too shabby in my book. I'm liking it more each time I play it. The biggest challenge was shaping the nut that came with the neck. That was my first time and I nailed it
. I did have to open the high E slot slightly. When I change strings, I'll add the Grah Tech nut.
Decals you get made to order on ebay.
