I appreciate your prayers in my coming endeavor. My wife is already in Costa Rica and has been ministering to the homeless and to prostitutes with great results. This weekend both of us will be involved in youth evangelism culminating in a crusade Saturday (about 3 hours following my arrival in country).
The following week we will be working on restoring the missions center my wife's parents gave to the Costa Rican churches 2 years before my faither in law passed away(est value $750,000).
We will also be ministering to the youth from the previous week and holding a city-wide rally for them Friday the 13th.
While in Costa Rica, our 3 children will be taken care of by a lady from our Church. Our 2 oldest are 8 and (now) 7.
Our youngest, Benny, is Autistic and has a history of wanting to run outside and play by himself. Only he tries to cross a very busy street to get to a local playground (the dividing road is a business road with an average car speed of 55 miles per hour. We live about 1/2 mile off the road in an apartment/condo).
Please pray for traveling mercies, ease with customs and flight attendants (I'm bringing my Steinberger as a carry on), for the safety of our children and foremost a great opportunity to change and impact many lives while we are in Costa Rica (that will get or stay connected to good leaders).

UPDATE: Thank you all!!! It

Thank you all!!!
It was a powerful time ministering. God is so good. By the end of the two weeks, all the young girls who came with us made a pledge to purity, and a separated couple began to reconcile (both came on the trip!). The youth were fantastic.
We had one plane issue-hydraulics failure on the way home, but we were near Springfield, Missouri so we exchanged planes. It added 2 hours to out arrival time. We got home at 4:30 a.m. and were at Church on time for 9:30 prayer and service with all of our kids!
God showed us many great things. The pastor of the main church in Costa Rica and his wife sent us back to the states as "their missionaries". How cool is that! Duality in representation. I look forward to returning soon.
That's great news! Thanks
